As an internet and telephone provider, we are considered “essential” and we want to reassure you that we will do everything possible to deliver you the very best service for your businesses and homes.
However, due to the progression of the virus in Louisiana, we will be taking extra precautions.
We will be doing everything possible to solve problems over the phone. If you are having problems, please call our technical support line at 225-625-2321.
If a tech is necessary at your home, we will be asking more probing questions.
- Such as, if you have been to an area where there is an outbreak or community spread.
- If you are experiencing any flu symptoms.
- If you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
- If you have
anyone in your home that is experiencing flu-like symptoms.
- If you answer in the affirmative to any of these questions, we cannot enter your home.
For installs, our techs will only be taking the equipment as far as the front door, from there our tech center will be assisting with the installs over the phone.
Just as a reminder, our Maringouin office remains closed. You can still make your payment by dropping it in the box, mailing it, making an online payment, or calling us.
